Do you provide diamonds or other gemstones for Kortz Originals?
Gem stones may be purchased from us or we would be happy to use gemstones that you supply. We have access to the finest diamonds and other fine gemstones from around the world.
How do you properly size a custom ring if this is a mail order purchase?
Please send us a ring you are currently wearing on the same finger on which the new ring will be worn. If you are in the Denver Metro area, we will be happy to measure your ring free. If you live outside the Denver Metro area, a set of measuring rings can be sent to you.
Can I use my gold for my new Kortz Original?
Your gold can be used if it will cast properly. We will gladly examine it, and advise you if impurities in the gold may not make a good finished jewelry piece.”
If I don’t like my finished custom jewelry, what options do I have?
The screening process we have implemented with the wax replicas and the three-dimensional renderings is so thorough that this is rarely an issue. Your satisfaction is our primary goal.
If I want to use my own diamond or gem stone for my Kortz Original, are you responsible for that stone?
Yes. Our 118-year tradition has produced a reputation of responsibility that produces a confidence with our generations of customers. We are responsible, and insured for, the value of your jewelry while it is in our possession. To protect the value during shipment, you must fully insure the items. Please contact us by phone or email for detailed shipping instructions. Included in your package, please write a note to advise us as to the value. When it is delivered to us, we will acknowledge receipt and valuation. Before sending your jewelry, contact us for special instructions, if the value exceeds $20,000. The jewelry will be fully insured when it is returned to you. |
